Clay pot with spout. The body expands out from the rim, then tapers from shoulders down to a narrow flat base. A handle was attached opposite to the spout on the side of the neck at shoulder, but has broken off. The body has coiled indents in the mid-section, with smooth sides above and below.
Wedding dress. Silk garment is long, with a flaring skirt, V neck, and long bell shaped sleeves that flare widely toward the wrists and come to a hanging point at bottom. Dress is heavily embroidered in repeating small gold circular motifs lying in diagonal stripes across the dress, on a light tan ground. Panels of heavy embroidery are sewn into the shoulders and sleeves of the dress, the torso, along the sides of the skirt, and bottom back hem, showing chevrons, flowers and other motifs in orange, red, green and purple on a red and orange ground. The interior is unlined.
Sword (part a) has long curving metal blade with a vein-covered surface. Horn handle grip with curving heel/pommel. Silver cross shaped hilt cross-guard (part c) has chased design. Leather covered wood sheath (part b) with brass fittings and leather belt attached.
Round lamp with upward protruding handle and outward protruding spout; circular holes at top of spout and centre of lamp; decoration in relief around central hole of circle with dots at their centres.
Terra cotta oil lamp in the shape of a squashed teardrop; round holes at tip of spout and centre of top. Top is decorated with pattern of lines. Some pencil marks and a foot ring on the underside.
One tubular bead, reddish-orange with black spots. Centre is widest area with straight taper to ends. (There is no hole for stringing.)
Souvenir letter opener carved from one piece of wood. The blade has a pointed knife-like tip, and the handle has a pointed butt end, rounded sides that curve inwards and flare back outwards from the neck. There is an inscription written in black ink on one side of the blade that says "Betelhem".
Napkin ring carved from one piece of wood with a centre band of curved bulge and a lip at each rim. "Jerusalem" is printed on the centre band.
Match box composed of: a) a box with a rectangular base and two sides that slant inwards to a curved top, each with a recessed oblong, and into each is inset a piece of sandpaper; b) a removable rectangular wooden insert that sits in slots in the top and bottom of the box. "Jerusalem" is painted in ink in gothic script on one face of the box.
Wooden box with a hinged lid that has a small hook fastener at the front. The outer pieces of wood that form the box are interlocking. The centre of the box contains a glass cylinder shaped ink well with a sprung leather(?) circular stopper on the inside of the lid. "Jerusalem" is written in black ink on the top of the lid.
