Soapstone carving of a man. The man stands in a wide legged stance, knees slightly bent, with one arm resting on torso and the other raised above head to hold a large triangular sack over the shoulder and falling down the back. Figure wears a large parka with a hood that covers all but the carved face.
Brown-grey coloured seal figure with plump body, two small carved frontal fins under its breast, an upturned head with light-brown carved eyes, nose and whiskers, and a narrow tapered tail with carved groove lines.
Partially flensed walrus (part a) lying on back and pegged to a concave channel in platform (part b). Two birds (parts c and d) are pegged to one side of the platform. Two small animals (parts e and f) are moveable. The walrus has ribs, sternum and entrails that are partially exposed. Tusks extend out from corners of down turned mouth below flat snout. Dots for eyes and notches at nostrils. Flippers on sides and in concave shape at back below exposed pubic area. Two holes at centre back are for pegs. Platform has three straight sides and a corner missing from one side. Angled edge on short side, and in from this edge. Cross-hatched grooves on uneven surface and higher area at one corner and along opposite side. Seated bird (part c) is slightly bent over, whereas the other bird (part d) has an upright head and is darker. One animal (part e) is a quadruped with front legs stretched more than the other animal (part f) which is darker. One wooden peg is stuck on b (for a). Other pegs are removable. Resin-like adhesive and sticker on bottom.
Seal-man on top of rounded, sloping rock with seal on side of rock. Seal-man has human legs and an ovoid body, seal-like head and two flippers extending out in front. This figure's head is turned to the side and its right flipper touches the side of the narrower seal. The seal follows the contour of the rock and has large flippers stretched out behind ending before rock which bulges towards the back. Seal's head is slightly raised and facial features for both include oval eyes and u-shaped mouths on flat snouts. Inscription on bottom reads 'ed' and '22449' and sticker reads '4-22449.'
Woman's head and shoulders with a round face, long straight nose which flares slightly at the end, oval eyes in a recess below brows, a diagonal crease across the bottom of each cheek and a straight mouth. A curved hairline and straight part are indicated. Hair is shoulder length and juts out straight across front and angles back from each shoulder to a flat back. Inscription on bottom reads 'e9991' and '90229'. A sticker reads 'f591 sug. Kalinger'. Light and darker flecked stone, some carving marks show.
Standing bird-human figure with round human face, rimmed by hood and with curved ears at back, top sides of head. Wings at sides curve vertically and have a series of graduated horizontal lines indicating feathers. Square-like back with fan-like tail reaching the lighter, flat platform. Grooves in tail indicate feathers. One foot is human-like and the other is bird-like with four claws. Facial features include straight mouth, oval eyes, rounded nose, crease below cheeks and a series of vertical lines for brows. The inscription on the bottom reads 'Thomashaw Augiak 8-01345 BF 78' and a copyright symbol.
Opposing, upward facing heads with bird-like heads emerging from exaggerated wide open mouths. One head is larger than the other. Both have hoods which join at channel between, oval eyes, and large rounded noses. The smaller side's bird-like head has an angled face with a short beak, the other larger head has a slightly hooked beak. Eyes are as in opposing heads. Sticker reads 'carving no. 310-4'.
