Spear PointC1632

The wooden shaft is peeled of all bark and one end appears to have been cut off. The other end originally held a white stone point, which is now missing. The point was attached to the shaft with resin, part of which remains there. The shaft and resin are coated with an ochre-like pigment.

The shaft is reddish wood, peeled of all bark. At one end the shaft appears to have been cut off, the other is flattened into a point. A separately carved barb is secured to the point with sinew.
