Woven basket. Basket is low and shallow, flaring widely from a small base toward lip. Construction is plant fibre woven into thick tubes, winding up from bottom centre to rim. Brown and orange dyed fibre is used to create the outline of a four pointed shape across the basket. Tube construction is held together by evenly placed, twisted threads incorporated into the weave that run vertically. Rim has a freestanding scalloped edge made from the same tube as the basket.

Spear with iron spearhead that has curved bottom edges, straight sides, a pointed tip, a centre ridge, and a short shaft. The long wooden shaft is cylindrical overall with a conical end. The spearhead has been lashed to the wood with leather ?, and the shaft has been wrapped with a leather strip just before the conical end.

The main flag design consists of a black and white Nguni shield, covering two spears and a staff decorated with red feather tassels. The shield motif is repeated all around the outer edge in black, white and red. The flag area is bordered by a dark gold rectangular band; inside is a wide red horizontal band bordered by two thin gold bands above and below, then two blue bands above and below. Underneath the shield is a white band with "SWAZILAND" printed in black text. Either end is finished; the bottom and top edges are trimmed in black.
