This coin has been overstruck, causing confusion on both sides.

Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘ANN[O] in a vertical position; to right, ‘XIIII’ in a vertical position; above, cross; beneath, ‘A’; exergue is illegible, but most likely ‘AΛEXANΔ’.
