Small oval basket with lid that has a dotted design in grass around the lid and sides. The background is cream with blue-green bands and purple dots. The base shows the cedar bark and a rim of cedar bark strengthens the lip of the basket.; Good

Finely woven circular basket with lid. The weave uses cedar bark and grass, in the technique known as wrapped twining. The decoration consists of circular bands in dark brown, red, yellow and cream. The rim of the basket is strengthened with a band of cedar bark, the base is more coarsely woven than the sides of the basket.; Good
Tlingit basket in poor state of preservation but an old specimen with native dyes , as the catalogue card states. The basket is finely woven from spruce root with a false embroidery design made from grass and possibly maidenhair fern. The design has two bands of red and dark greenish black pattern which is a variation on the butterfly pattern identified by Emmons (1903:263-277). The central band is composed of stepped cream and reddish brown lines. The basket has been stitched together.; Good
Five tightly woven burden baskets, of different sizes, with undulating rims woven with holes, and decorated with dark brown, red, yellow and cream imbricated designs. A) Medium sized with three V-shaped lined designs that have pale central section. B) Medium sized basket with three V- shaped designs descending from rim, with light central section, edged by reddish brown line, yellow line and bordered with dark brown stepped edge.C) Small sized basket with single and double diamond pattern descending from rim. Diamonds are alternately red and black with checkered appearance, the background is cream. D) Medium sized basket with banded V-shaped designs in yellow and dark brown, interspaced by elliptical designs edged with dark brown, yellow inside with a red centre. E) Large burden basket with joined V-shaped stripped design edged with red and dark brown stepped design. In the centre of the downward pointing V' s are small stripped yellow and black triangles. In the centre of the upward pointing V' s are dark brown, yellow and red diamonds. The overall background imbrication is cream, while the stripes are yellow. There are no leather thongs present on any of the baskets, which would have been used for carrying .; Good
A) Skin bag with a central strip of red and white quill decoration. The bag has a long cord attached made from plaited gut, with a blue, white and red woven end decoration. B) Similar bag to A) inside which it is kept. It has a central fringe of red cotton but no quill work.; Good. Additional description: A) Flattened, creased and slightly warped. Very fragile and brittle. A number of small holes over surface and a small circular repair on one side. Red edging at mouth of bag. Toggle at end of cord. B) Flattened, creased and slightly warped. Large heavy almost conical mask painted and carved in the form of a bear or an otter with hinged jaw and inset teeth. The creature has round eyes circled by green, brown and white. The rounded snout has a red nose with curling nostrils, surrounded by a ring of holes that possibly once held whiskers. The lips are painted red, and the lower jaw is attached with a piece of leather. The lower jaw can be moved by a piece of leather running through a groove on the inside top surface of the mask. The bear or otter has very small ears pressed back against its head, giving the creature a very ferocious appearance.; Good
A human mask carved in wood with an open prognathic mouth set with operculum shell teeth. The mask has prominent black eyebrows, large black eyes, a small slightly flared nose and an open oval mouth with four teeth. The mask has a face-painting design on its surface which is composed of a band of intersecting diamonds across the nose and under the eyes, the eyes and chin are surrounded by pale blue. The ears are stylised and painted red. The inside of the mask is also painted with a red band of linked triangles at the upper edge.; Good
