Double Cross1590/66

A Lorraine Cross with double rounded terminals on the bars and bottom. Cloverleaf terminal at the top. Holes punched top and bottom, and lines and circles engraved on the surface. Maker's mark is stamped in a cartouche.

Headdress680/3

A cream-coloured and brown tipped feather headdress with a beadwork head band. The bottom ends of the feathers are wrapped with red fabric and attached to the beadwork head band with black leather loops. The beadwork head band has a white background and a pattern of alternating green horizontal and vertical lines and multi-coloured triangles with an orange-red centre surrounded by lines of green, light blue, and dark blue.

Model Canoe1505/2

Model canoe. Small light brown wooden canoe carved from a single piece of wood, that widens in the centre and tapers to squared off points at either end. The prow sits slightly higher than the stern. Each end has a curve from top to bottom but the stern has a much more pronounced curve. The surface is undecorated.

Mask685/3

Portrait mask. Light brown wooden human face mask, with a tuft of sheep's wool and two eagle feathers affixed to the centre of the forehead. Black elongated eyebrows run close to the mask's edge. An l-shaped band of blue paint runs down one side of the face and across the eyes and bridge of the nose. The bottom portion of the nose, the lips and chin are painted a red-brown colour; the same colour is applied in short, repeated strokes above both eyes.
