Two square badges (part a-b) with embroidered designs. The design has two large lotus in pink and turquoise on black ground, above wave and mountain motifs in gold, pink, orange and green. The badges are edged with tin reflectors and white rabbit fur. The back lining is white cotton with eight metal snap closures around the edges. There is a purple stamp, black ink and pencil on the back of each badge.

Three pieces of flat cotton strips. Two pieces (parts a-b) are of coarsely woven cotton, ecru in colour. One piece (part c) is shorter, more finely woven and yellow-white in colour.

Golden paper headdress entirely covered with open work with scroll patterns. Small bat on front of hat. Circular mirror insets and pom-poms on brim. Large green pompom on crown. Two short cord ties at back.

The folded hat is brown and rectangular with a rounded top piece, a back flap and embroidered motifs. The hat has a brown centre panel which folds inwards on both sides. Embroidered on the centre panel are red peonies. These designs are repeated on the inside of both side folds. The rounded top piece has a large embroidered dragon motif in green with gold, purple and red. Hanging down from the top piece on either side of the centre panel is a red streamer. On the back, the flap mimics the rounded top piece and extends down past the bottom of the folded centre panel, flaring out at the bottom. The large dragon motif is repeated on the top piece of the back flap. Beneath the dragon and in the centre of the flap is a large red ‘ji’ symbol (luck). Surrounding the symbol is a circle of purple peonies, yellow scroll designs and green leaves. On the inside of the hat is ecru lining, stiffened with cardboard. Two blue and ecru ties are attached.

Multicoloured cotton skirt with an open back and a tie closure at the waistband. Skirt is made from two identical panels, overlapping at centre front, attached to a wide, unbleached cotton waistband; panels are made from strips of blue, white, green, purple, red, and yellow fabric, separated by gold metallic braid-like ribbon.

A red, yellow, and black Dzunuk'wa with a child in a basket and a red-purple brown, yellow, and black octopus on a white background. Dzunuk'wa is bending forward in profile and facing to the right side where the octopus is facing to the left side. Dzunuk'wa has circular black eyes, red nostrils, a red mouth, and a black forehead with two white dots. The elbow has a black dot surrounded by a black circle. The large black and white five digit hand has an ovoid and sharp digit tips reaching forward. The buttocks has the face of a bird in profile and facing to the right side with a yellow beak and a red line below with three inverted black u forms. The knee has a black dot surrounded by a black circle. The large foot has five digit claws. The body is black. The basket is black and white with a yellow rim. The child has circular black eyes, red nostrils, a red mouth, and a black forehead with two white dots. The child has black hair, a black body, and a red hand resting on the rim of the basket. The octopus has circular black eyes, a yellow face, and a red-purple brown body. Pen on the top reads words for 'in the water' and 'octopus'. The painting is horizontally rectangular.
