Brocade sari. Long rectangular fabric embroidered with brown thread and silver metallic thread. On one end, there is a section (77 cm long) of plain fabric with brown thread embroidered. The main panel down the length, slightly offset from centre, starts with two rows of large paisley separated by small rows of repeating patterns, then changes to a repeating floral pattern, bordered by repeating diamonds. The second largest panel has a smaller pattern of repeating flowers.
A long rectangular bright yellow cloth, embroidered with silver thread. The embroidery has a main design consisting of an alternating vertical and diagonal row of double six-petalled flower-like shape and an intricate scallop-like shape. Border embroidery has a design consisting of a spiral floral pattern outlined by intricate detailing at either side. One end is embroidered with a large band that has a main design consisting of a different wide floral patterned band outlined by another floral pattern with a leaf pattern at either side. The other end has vertical silver-coloured bands. The embroidered border is unfinished along one side end.
Long narrow textile. The upper half of one side is mostly painted with scenes of animals and people in yellow, blue and brown. The lower half and the reverse are mostly covered with written text in black, that has been divided into sections outlined in orange. Both sides are covered.
Light green, full, a-line skirt with four metal hook closures at the waist and a pink ribbon drawstring. Fabric has a satin-like appearance.
High-waisted, sleeveless, red satin-like woman's shirt with a zippered opening down the back. Shirt has four darts on the front. Fabric is very stiff.
Small, square textile, embroidered with gold and bronze metallic thread. The edges are bordered with a floral patterned called ‘velpati/creepers’. The centre has small circles in rows with alternating green and red middles. The underside has UBC written in blue pen and the old object number in black pen.
Cylindrical vase that widens near the top and tapers towards the bottom. The bottom is slightly raised by a pedestal base. The vase has elaborate patterns around the outside that consist of birds, figures and foliate scrolls. There is a palm leaf border near the base.

Metal bell with a protruding flat handled knob on top of a dome shape. From the dome, there is a thin raised ridge attached to ten claws that curve inwards. There is a metal ball attached to the inside of the dome by metal wire. The outside of dome is decorated with a leaf designs emphasized with red and black.
Shear, cream scarf with gold metallic detailing. All edges have a gold border and the centre of the textile has thin, gold stripes repeated at an equal distance.
