Tackle Box3274/10 a-b

Tackle box of wood with a separate base (part a) and lid (part b). Together, the box is boat-shaped with both ends tapering in from lid to base. A length of twisted cord is attached to the lid through a hole in the wood, and is tied so that it forms a loop of cord. The base has a raised edge, which fits snugly into the lid.

Goggles3274/2

Carved wood goggles composed of two separate wood pieces. Both pieces are contoured on the side for the face. Glass lens inset at centre with a lined paper insert. The eyepieces are attached at the bridge of the nose by a thin strand of black-blue twisted fibre, which is tied through two metal loops. The strap is a long twisted cord, which is knotted through holes carved on the side of each eyepiece.
