Plaque is enclosed within an elaborately carved, circular, wooden, frame-like structure that stands on six scrolling feet. Carved from the same wood in the same intricate, sinuous manner is a supportive stand (part b) for the plaque and wooden frame.

There is a cylindrical rod weight at the bottom covered with a light-and-dark geometric patterned fabric.
