Parts a and c are each enclosed in folded, large pieces of rectangular paper with brown and black characters printed on the front (parts b and d). Covering has titles in Japanese meaning "Houses of Japan", subject matter used in designing serviettes. Inside brochure gives details of designer and techniques used. Designer is Taizo Minagawa. Houses used in the design were famous for continuing cultural material.

Colours are blue, pink, purple, yellow, and black. Japanese characters and symbols at the bottom of all three panels.
