There are scratches or carving marks at fins and gills; some dirt in these areas. Fish is mounted on a polished brown section of walrus tusk.

Crescentic eyebrows and eyes, teardrop-like nose, and two dots for mouth. Six sets of horizontal white and black lines divide body into seven segments. Three vertical lines of green foliage flow downt the body.
