Rectangular shaped, flattened, cardboard box lid illustrating a female with long black hair. She is standing upon pink-petal lotus, all on blue and white water. She is wearing a red sari, green shirt, conical shaped gold crown and is holding a long-shafted gold trident upright in her left hand. Right hand is raised, outward-facing palm with red swastika in centre. Yellow halo behind head. Orange and pink ground. Illustration bordered by green then pink bands. Red and blue bands at illustration's top states: 'Parashakthi', 'The National Cottage Industries', plus address. Yellow square field at base states: 'superior lustre two cord thread , fast colour'. Other information in pink Indian script on one box side, pink and blue English on the other. Seal illustration on one box end, orange thread roll illustration on the other. Corners were affixed by staples.

Figures representing people arranged on a platform. Three figures are standing behind an important person (oba) holding umbrellas, one of which is wearing a sleeveless tunic, pants, and a conical hat and two of which are wearing short-sleeved tunics, pants, and conical hats. Three musicians are wearing sleeveless tunics, pants, and soft pointed hats. One musician is playing a double-waisted drum. Another is playing a gourd drum decorated with ata chips. One more is playing a single headed conical drum. Both of the latter are wearing short-sleeved tunics, pants, and soft pointed hats. One figure is wearing a short-sleeved tunic, pants, a soft pointed hat, and is holding a fan. Two figures are wearing short-sleeved dresses, plaited hair, and are kneeling on either side of the oba. The oba (high priest) is bearded and is wearing a robe, a pointed hat, and beads. He is receiving gifts from two prone figures wearing sleeveless tunics and pants. All clothing and drum heads are light yellow-brown. Arms, legs, and heads are dark brown.

Three figures representing people standing in front of a shrine. Middle figure is a bare-chested woman wearing a knee-length skirt and a cloth hat. On the ground in front of her, facing the shrine, there is a carved head, from which three horn-shaped vessels protrude. Other figures are bearded males wearing short pleated skirts, of which one has a cloth hat and is holding a vessel and a rattle. The vessel is attached to the skirt. Other figure is bareheaded and is holding a vessel attached to his skirt. On the shrine mound, there are seven vessel-like objects resting, one large double-faced mask with a protruding horn and two smaller single masks. One single mask has horn-shaped vessel on top of head with a hole behind. Two hats and five vessels are light yellow-brown. Two hats, the skirt, and four vessels are light red-brown. figures, rattles, seven vessels, double-faced mask, single mask, and head on the ground are dark brown. Thorn chips on mound are variegated. On a wood base.
