Woven purse (part a) that has wrapped twined weaving with a border of plain twined weaving at the top. Both sides have a design that consists of two whales facing each other (in blue with several colours) and a purple eagle with an arrow in its claws while its wings are outspread. Colours include magenta, orange, yellow, and green. Has a zipper. There is also a double-sided rectangular mirror (part b).

Multi-coloured shapes (green, orange, red, yellow, maroon) around central part of basket and around edge of lid, bordered by dark brown and connected with upper and lower strips of light brown. Central portion of lid has a stepped design and a circle of orange.

Oblong birch bark basket; birch bark is bent and laced into place. A twig splint is overcast with natural and aniline dyed root. The overcast stitch forms a scallop - the colour sequence is as follows: red/purple/wide band of natural/purple/red/purple/wide band of natural/purple. The darker part of the bark is to the outside.
