A rectangular-shaped basket with a square base and a round mouth. Mouth is finished with a herring bone stitch called 'iyugu'. Thin parallel strips of natural coloured fibre are loosely woven and run vertically up to the shoulders then taper inward towards the mouth. A sturdy strip of fibre encircles the square base. Several rows of weaving encircle the neck and five separate rows of twining encircle the trunk of the basket.

A very long plain dark brown bow (part a) with rings at both ends to prevent the string from slipping. One end has two rings while the other end has ten rings. The string is in the form of a strip of bamboo (part b) with a knot at one end.

Box raised on four legs (one reinforced with a wire dowel and glued). Sides top, and base formed by many vertical slates of wood with narrow open spaces between each slate. The lid opens (hinge effect) and has a loop for fastening.

A plain handle which tapers to a simple finial. Nine long teeth fan outward radially. Twisted grass cord is coiled around the middle.

A plain handle which tapers to the rounded triangular finial. Ten long teeth fan outward radially. Twisted fibre cord is coiled around the middle.

A plain handle which tapers to a mushroom finial that has two horizontal rings carved underneath it. Eleven long teeth fan outward radially. Twisted fibre is coiled around the middle.

Hollow, cylindrical, bamboo shaft with designs filled in with black pigment and some areas painted red. Has a long, narrow, lance-olate leaf-shaped blunt hardwood point that is flat along one side while rounded at angles along a ridge at the other side. Some stem ? is coiled around the upper portion of the shaft. The lower portion of the shaft has a design that consists of a horizontal band with a zig zag leaf pattern and vertical lines of triangles in between curvi-linear lines.

A brown cylindrical piece that has both ends closed. The dark on light design consists of horizontal bands with crescents, triangles, and rings.
