In each of the quadrants thus formed is a line going in from the edge of the circle parallel to one arm of the cross, then bending at a right angle and curving to follow the outline of the circle. The area surrounding the handle on one side is covered with a grey paper cut, and the area immediately surrounding the handle is painted orange. The fan inserted into a split in the handle, which is shaped like a pointed oval where it covers the fan, which is attached with two rivets.

It has a narrow edging of grey paper. The fan is inserted into a split in the handle, which is flat and lozenge-shaped where it covers the fan, which is attached with two rivets.

A robe (part a) of dark blue silk gauze fully lined with the same material in light blue. Robe opens at the right front side with the left front panel overlapping the right-hand panel secured at the top with a single toggle, below which, there are wide ties, two of each colour, attached to each panel. The neck is round with a white insert that is higher at the back. The robe is formed of slightly flared panels and has an inverted pleat at each side, above which, there is a belt loop on the right side and a tie to hold the belt on the left. The wide sleeves are rounded at the front and the back bottom edges and have interfacings at the openings to reinforce them. At the upper centre front and back of the robe, there are sewn rectangular embroidered cloth badges, each of which has a white crane in the centre with stylized red, pink, purple, green cloud forms above, and rock forms below on a black background. The back of the badge is lined with paper pasted in place.

A belt (part b) in the shape of a rounded rectangle of stiff brown leather lined on one side with green silk damask and with the outer surface of blue silk. Attached to the outer surface of the belt, there are circular and rectangular plaques of red-brown bamboo set in white metal. Two metal loops encircle the belt vertically at the front and the back with two iron studs between them on the outer surface.

Vase-shaped water container covered in clay with bulb-shaped bottom and cylindrical neck. Red pigment band at bottom with triangular design above, also in red, on a black ground. The design is bordered by white glass beads; bamboo forms neck, and coconut shell forms base. Adhesive label on bottom.

Stock of bamboo with eight holes along body, one at each end and six in the middle; one hole at end is larger than the rest. Decorative rectangular gold-coloured plate curves around half of stock near largest hole and is attached by two pieces of leather. Thin plastic cord is wrapped around stock in three sections, two around gold plate, and one around end.
