Doll-sized basketry cradle. Red and light yellowish strips of bark are woven into the basketry on outer sides in a repeating step pattern. A light coloured, curved wood handle is tied on near the head of the cradle with strips of soft rawhide and several more strips are knotted on at either end and inside.

Head and torso of a female with bare breasts, carved from a single piece of wood. Figure wears a pounded bark skirt with brown and beige diamond patterning attached around her waist with a metal floral clasp. A strand of seed beads is wound around her upper torso and yellow green feathers are stuck with wax to her ears and around her neck and head.

Small cylindrical woven basket with dome-shaped, fitted lid (part b). One side depicts a whale with jaws open, chasing a canoe carrying two people; on the other side, the whale is swallowing them. Flying birds encircle a floral motif on the lid. Motifs are woven directly into the baskets with dyed grasses; inside this basket, protected from the light, the colours remain vibrant: pink, purple, red, orange, and green.

Model of an outrigger canoe. The canoe has one lateral support float known as an outrigger which fastens to one side of the main hull, usally the port side. The outrigger has five spars or poles that attach it to the canoe by lashing. The sail is triangular in shape and woven from bark. Canoe (part a); six carved paddles (b-g).

Large wooden shield with carved and painted designs. The shield is rectangular in shape, with rounded upper corners. At the top, on a long straight neck, is a thin carved human head. On the front is a geometric pattern with square and triangle motifs in white, outlined in brown on an orange ground. Knotted through holes along the sides are bark tassels. On the back is a protruding handle with two large square holes and a painted zigzag motif.
