The side of the basket tapers into an upright rim. The lid (part b) has a small blue knob from which emanates a blue, green, and orange swirl design outlined with blue dots. There are three horizontal rows of blue, yellow, and blue around the side of the lid (part b).

The lid (part b) has a slightly flared upward cylindrical circular brown knob surrounded by three brown, orange, and brown circle lines with four equally spaced alternating green, and brown and orange diagonal stepped patterns around it. There are three horizontal rows of brown, orange, and brown around the side of the lid (part b).

The lid (part b) is slightly rounded with a small slightly flared upward cylindrical circular orange and brown knob at the top centre surrounded by circular lines and having equally spaced purple-black birds with wings outstretched and holding a green arrow pointing clock-wise with their feet.

There are four horizontal rows of blue, red, red, and blue around the middle of the side of the basket (part a), with two horizontal rows of purple around the bottom. The side of the basket tapers into an upright rim. The lid (part b) has a blue oval centre at the top with blue, red, and blue oval lines around it, and a horizontal purple row around the side of the lid with a horizontal row of red just above.

Base is solid and sides are open work with coiled solid bands alternating with bands of open zigzags; Handle are open work and have two arches with zigzags in between them. Solid bands of walls have woven checkerboard decorations at regular intervals.

There are four equally spaced alternating green, and blue geometric designs around the side of the basket (part a), beneath which there are five horizontal rows of purple, green, red, green, and purple around the bottom. The side of the basket tapers into an upright rim. The lid (part b) dips downward toward the blue, red, and purple circular centre around which stands a long green and blue bird with a green geometric design on the opposite side. There are five horizontal rows of purple, green, red, green, and purple around the side of the lid (part b).

Clear glass bottle (part a) with rounded green coloured stopper with cork and stick attachment (part b). From the neck of the bottle, the shape of the piece slopes down at an angle and ends one-quarter of the way from the top. It then slopes inwards and tapers to a base with four squared-off feet. The bottle is painted with blue, pink and black paint. On one side, there is a small bird sitting on a cliff looking out at flowers and plants below. On the other side, there is a small bird sitting in a tree. There are Chinese characters written on the top edge of the piece to the side.
