Chisel. Locality: Fisher, Washington. Remarks: Found on 1 acre of ground now occupied by descents of a Yakima family and a Hudson's Bay man. The Yakima are supposed to have lived there long before Hudson's Bay days.* Adze blade, ovoid, ground and polished on all faces. One edge ground to sharp cutting edge. Flat, thin, flake, three edges are thick, on edge tapers to a sharp angle. One thick edge has 10-12 cut marks on it; there is damage from use on the sharp edge.
