Stylized, seated gull carved from weathered whale bone. Dense bone appears only at top of head and along part of one side. The rest is porous, darker bone. Bird's head is raised up with open beak and circular indentations for eyes. Series of parallel channels indicate wings. Clawed feet extend slightly out at front.

Figure kneeling on one leg in front of a round hole in a flat rectangular platform (a) a smaller figure also kneels beside the hole. The larger figure is dressed in a parka with the hood down. His hair is indicated by a series of lines. Facial features include curved ears, a long straight nose, deep, small oval eyes and a small straight mouth. In his raised right hand he holds a leister spear (e) with a wooden shaft and three ivory prongs (g) attached to the shaft with wrapped thread. The leister holds a fish (part b). In the other hand he holds an ivory jig hook on a thread, tied to a wooden handle (d). The smaller figure has his hood up and similar facial features as the larger figure. A separate spoon (c) has a detachable wooden handle (f). Disc number inscribed on bottom reads E8 503.

Stylized sloping antler figure (part a) held by a peg onto leaf shaped bone platform (b). Figure is long and slender with head at one end, single front limb holds up figure from peg in platform. Inset baleen eyes in curved orbits, flares out at wide nose with drilled nostrils, deep mouth above curved chin. Dense white antler on top of head, porous grey antler at face and at thinner portions of figure. There are two limbs stretched out behind extended belly. Feet rest on leaf stem. Leaf platform is long, thin and tapers on both ends. The surface is uneven. Four characters are inscribed on bottom of platform.

Cylindrical handle that flares outward at the bottom with geometric designs on the lower half consisting of the main compressed longitudinal zig zags surrounded by a horizontal row of zig zags at the upper end, separated from the bone or shell inlaid star design along the upper half. There is a bone or shell inlaid star on the bottom end of the handle. Carved melon-shaped head that has many thin protrusions all around and a large boss on the end with a bone or shell inlaid star design.
