Red robe with roundels. The robe has a round neck, long wide sleeves and side opening with brass frog closures. Around the neck and cuffs is a border of printed pattern with the Eight Buddhist symbols of good fortune and peony motifs on dark blue ground, trimmed with gold braid. On the front and back are large roundels containing the same printed pattern on red ground. The bottom has mountain and wave motifs with symbols of wealth and fortune (pearl, scroll, rectangular gold ornament, circular gold ornament, swastika). The inside lining is blue damask silk containing floral motifs.

Knife and sheath (parts a-b) consisting of a wooden sheath (part b) decorated with brass tacks and wrapped with thin copper wire. A protrusion with a hole through it near the top of the sheath appears to be part of the carrying apparatus. The wooden sword handle (part a) is narrow in the middle and flares toward either end.

Small, rectangular shaped beaded pubic apron with twisted fibre edging and ties along with a braided metal fringe. The design on the apron consists of small red, green, navy and blue beads in a geometric pattern of squares, arrows, rectangles and zigzags on a beaded white background.

Brown leather sandals (parts a-b) with a wide strap across the toes, back and two on the front. The top has a floral decoration with red and green velvet underlay. There are two buckle fastenings on the side. Slight tooling around the edges of the sole. The soles are nailed. Pressed into the sole is a circular stamp reading ‘Mexico’.

Woman's black velvet tubular-shaped evening bag with drawstring closing. Bottom stiffened with heavy paper(?). Trimmed with a decorative braid worked in metallic gold thread, sequins and glass beads on animal skin(?). Nine brass rings on inside near top to accommodate a gold-coloured twisted cord drawstring.

Cream coat with a short standing collar, long wide sleeves and centre opening with brass frog fasteners. Below the waist, the coat divides into narrow handing panels. On the front, back and sleeves are butterfly, peony and prunus motifs on cream ground. The sleeves have a border with red peony motifs on brown ground, edged with pink trim, round mirrors and gold braid. On the hanging panels are lotus, chrysanthemum and peony motifs on cream ground. The centre panels also have fire and mountain motifs. The upper lining is natural coloured linen, the lower lining is blue cotton.

Light leather jacket with fringe and beadwork. The jacket has a standing collar, long cuffed sleeves and centre opening with brass 'Canada' buttons. There are floral motifs beaded on the centre opening in two colour schemes; red, white, blue and red, blue, green, orange. There are two large pockets on the lower front with beaded floral and leaf motifs. The upper back has beaded floral and leaf motifs. There is a thick fringe across the back and down the back of each sleeve. The cuffs have beaded circle and floral motifs. The inside is unlined.
