A rectangular metal urn (part a) with a wood lid (part b) and a rectangular wood stand (part c). Urn has a straight upright rim, outward and upward flared sides, and a four-footed base that angles outward. Straight upright rim has a horizontal alternating pattern of double outlined ovals, and double outlined circles. Outward and upward flared sides have a design consisting of wavy parallel lines. Footed base has a horizontal pattern of vertical double outlined semi-ovals along the upper portion, and is plain along the lower portion. Handles have animal t'ao-t'ieh motifs. There is a fine green patina. Lid and stand are of fine dark wood. The lid has sides that angle inward at a rounded curve with an upraised rectangular platform at the centre top that has a jade (?) handle in the form of a horse, has a slightly flared rim, and is carved with an ornate design of curling lines.
Metal hook with animal motif, t'ao-t'ieh. Double horizontal lines around the hook near the end opposite to the animal head. Geometric design around the middle with a wide horizontal band perpendicular to a single line. The horizontal band goes through the middle of two 'x''s which are on either sides of the single line. There is a knob at the centre.
Disk-shaped metal piece with a cut-out triangle in the centre and a cut-out semi-circle to the side of the triangle. Two monkeys are on the rim of the piece. The monkey directly above the triangle has its arms extended. The monkey to the side of the triangle has one arm extended on the front of the disk and the other arm extended on the reverse of the object. The monkeys have copper on their faces.
Metal bell with long sculptural handle and cone-shaped ringer attached underneath with metal wire. The metal bell is grey and grey-green in colour, and has three distinct bands of linear and scrolled designs around the perimeter, the centre, and the top of the bell. The handle is gold coloured and has four metal pieces that bend into a round shape at the top.
Two brass or bronze hooks on long rods attached to two more rods which are then attached to one vertical rod. Two chains, one longer than the other, are attached to the rods. There is stamped hatching and floral design on each rod.
