Basket made with plain twined weaving. The warp is arranged radially on the bottom of the basket and parallel on the sides with the black strands woven in to form two thicker black bands at the top and bottom and a thinner band at the centre. The border is two-strand braided with a series of three loops of warp strands forming an almost scalloped edge.

Coiled basket with bifurcated stitches; parallel slat base construction; “fully” imbricated (one row of imbrication per one slat row). However, the imbricated stitch is narrow and therefore does not cover entirely. The design from bottom to top - two rows of horizontal zigzags in phase with each other; animal figures; diamond mesh design; solid line around rim; all in red on bullrush background. Colour: tan.

Coiled basket (parts a-f) with bifurcated stitches; parallel splint base construction; partially imbricated. The design consists of geometric shapes (two per side, one per end); two rows of discrete triangles in red on plain ground; rim is beaded. Parts b-d are square shaped sections of a bended branch that wrapped around the top of the basket. There are two rawhide ties (parts e-f) that used to attach to the outside.

Bentwood BoxA17072

Bentwood box in an unusual shape, with two square-shaped pieces connected by a narrow passage in the centre. The corners were bent, with the last corner, and base, pegged and sewn with cedar withe. Faded face painted at one end.
