Headdress formed of six small hamatsa masks--painted black, white and red--secured to a semicircular band of metal. Tufts of shredded cedar bark on top of heads. Wire ties attached at either end of the metal band.
Rounded, coiled cedar root basket (a) and lid (b). Basket has parallel slat base construction, while lid has watch-spring construction with an indented flange. There are handles on the basket and lid. Decorated with total imbrication. Lid has a double series of wave design in black and red with a star pattern in black and red, all against a cat-tail grass background. The sides have an angular key design, which forms a lattice pattern. The bottom pattern has a diamond in red within it, the rest is black with red against a cat-tail background. The handles are also imbricated, and there are two rows of beading around the bottom edge. Colour: tan.
Thick ring wrapped with cloth. Partially tightly wrapped with thick lengths of twisted cedar bark one strand rope. Clumps of shredded cedar bark are attached at either end of the ring.
Small twisted coils are wound over a large coil of cedar bark. The back of the ring is coilied with lighter-coloured material. The front of the ring has multiple strands hanging down.
Rectangular mat. Pair of dark strands run around entire border. Edge finished by including wide strip of cedar as outermost strand and overcasting on a core of cedar. Mud-dyed (dark) cedar bark.
Rectangular mat with woven border. There is a double band of mud-dyed cedar around the edges of the mat, crossed at the corners. The edges are finished by overcasting on a core of cedar bark.
Basket (incomplete) with plaited weave composed of narrow cedar bark stripping for both warp and weft, and a strip of cedar bark on one end.
Coiled work (bifurcated stitches) basket with double strand loop work inner border. Watch-spring base construction. Outer rim is single strand loop work. Imbricated design of arrow shapes on body and diamond on lip. Arrow shapes with smaller diamond shapes inside, alternating in black/white/black. Little diamon shapes on rim alternating in red and black.
Short, cylindrical basket made from plaited origin (raffia); wrapped twined weaving over two splint rows, direction of stitches changes with every four rows; rim is overcast.
Basket (a) and lid (b) constructed of simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches) with parallel base construction and elongated watch-spring lid construction (no flange). Imbricated and beaded designs: the lid has three rows of beading in red cherry bark, and the basket has partial imbrication with vertical checkered bands ten stitches wide in black cherry bark and off-white cat-tail grass. Two stitches of each colour in checkerboard arrangement with some triangular double vertical bands in black.
