Costume made of cedar bark woven in a checker weave design; red-brown in colour. Cape-like construction with two layers. Two panels of material hang down the front of the chest on either side of the neck with a braided tie attached on each side; a square, cape-like panel hangs down the back with a short cedar fringe along the bottom.

A small light yellow-brown cylindrical basket with the rest of the weave left unfinished from the rim where it tilts highly and freely over the basket. The design consists of green, blue, and red fish around the side with green and blue horizontal rows above and below around the side of the basket.

Hat1588/11

Three-walled basketry hat. A red-brown and light brown conical hat which flares slightly outward around the bottom and has an inner rim. There are two horizontal rows of yellow-brown around the hat near the top end and around the bottom slightly flared rim. The top of the hat is flat with four red-brown squares creating a larger square outlined with yellow-brown.

A horizontal row of grey waves goes around the bottom of the basket (part a), above which there is one red and grey whale, two grey birds, and one grey canoe with people inside. The side of the basket tapers into an upright rim. The lid (part b) is slightly rounded with a grey circle at the top centre, around which there is a red outline, with two red and grey whales and two red and grey birds in between them. There are red and grey horizontal rows around the side of the lid (part b), with dots in between the two rows.
