Round basket with flat bottom and short, wide, vertical neck. Two lugs on shoulders to which the ends of a handle are attached. Pinwheel and H shapes are woven into baskets repeating around the body.

Light brown Nuu-chah-nulth style model canoe with red trim, black accents, a red interior, and a bird-shaped, protruding bow. The interior of the canoe has several inscriptions in black marker and pencil.

Long Nuu-chah-nulth style canoe with eleven thwarts that cross the opening and ten plank seat that are each located just to the side of a thwart, near the bottom of the canoe. the bow and stern both have upward protruding parts that are painted white; outer side has black band below the top edge. (Part b is a replacement twart that is not attached to the canoe.)

Two, small, rectangular shaped, coiled cedar root basket rim fragments (parts a-b). Foundations are visible, cedar wood slat is used for the distal portion and cedar root foundation is used for the overcast rim on the proximal portion of both. One piece (a) is longer than the other (b).

Dance Ornament1767/4

Wooden ornament in shape of a killer-whale fin with sea-bear's face painted at base. Cotton fringe attached to holes along the back edge. A face is carved on both sides, just above the base with painted red lips and nose, traces of blue-green paint around the face, and traces of black on eye brows. There are two rounded holes carved in the upper 'fin' area. Base of object carved down as if to fit in a slot. Two-ply thread as hair, possibly handmade cord of nettle fibre? Abalone shell inlay for eye and mouth.

Mask carved from one piece of wood in the shape of a human face. Pronounced brow ridges and cheekbones, nose and lips. Eyes have holes carved through the centres and are painted black around the holes. Brows are black. Lips, nose, forehead and ear areas are painted red.

Tall square bentwood box with lid (part b). The front and back are painted red and black in different distributive Northwest Coast style designs. The lid is slightly flared and painted black. The box has dark patina over the wood that has been scratched or worn off on the inside.

Round coiled cedar root basket (a) and lid (b). Base and walls have parallel slat construction, while lid has root splint foundation. Both basket and lid are decorated with imbrication in cherry bark and beading in white grass. The lid has a knob on it, which is beaded with red cherry bark.
