Natural coiled cedar root storage basket (part a) with a lid (part c) and a handle (part b). Simple interlocking coiled work with bifurcated stitches on the sides. Parallel slat bottom and lid (sewn at edges), and a single slat, coiled foot. Cross-stitched border to the lid. Red and black geometric pattern. The lid (part c) has a large red and inner black triangle-diamond shape formed of single, unattached imbrication. Additional black stitches at the edges. The basket (part a) front and back have two detached tri-colour figures, a diamond shape above an outward curling v shape, with vertical tri-colour bands on each side. The sides have two tri-colour chevron figures on each side. The basket (part a) has two handles, one of which is attached and the other of which is detached (part b).

Round coiled cedar root basket (part a) with lid (part b). Parallel slat base construction with indented slat flange on the basket body and the slat foot. Basket (part a) has overcast handles (one missing). Decorated with imbrication and beading in cherry bark and white grass. Design consists of rows of large and widely spaced modified diamond figures. Lid (part b) has watch-spring construction with a three point star design.

Coiled tan cedar root basket (part a) with a lid (part b). The sides of the basket (part a) have partial imbrication of discrete and connected figures. Upper row is of diamonds with two lower rows of zigzags, all of which is done half in red and the other half in black and white checkers. Foot is beaded in red. Upper edge is beaded in red. Small black and white rhomboid figures around the rim. Interlocking coiled work bifurcated stitches. Parallel slat and base construction. The lid (part b) is decorated with partial beading that consist of five or more staggered columns of small clusters of six black stitches. The edge is beaded in red cherry bark. Lid has flange and fits into the top of the basket approx. 2" in from the outer edge. Slat foot.

Brown, elongated, elliptically shaped baby carrier with a flat bottom and open top. Horizontal bands of light brown colour are woven along the upper portion of the top half of the cradle; repeating red and black vertical designs cover the sides.

Large cylindrical basket (part a) that flares upward and outward and that has a lid (part b). The basket (part a) has partial imbrication in a continuous figure of a large cross in red (exterior) lined with bullrush extending almost to the entire height of the basket with beading in black on the foot and in bullrush around the rim. Simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches). Watch-spring base construction. Slat foot and indented flange. Beaded twine handle at either side with imbrication and beading. The lid (part b) has darker squares interspersed throughout.

Basket base (a) with a rounded base that tapers slightly and angles up across the lid (b) towards the top back. The basket base and lid are constructed of simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches) and a parallel splint base and lid construction. The lid has a rectangular hole in the top and an uneven rim. The basket is decorated on the sides with partial imbrication in stepped diamond shapes in black/yellow-brown bulrush/red and two in black/yellow-brown bulrush. The lid is decorated with alternating red and black bands.
