Cow Figure1718/1

Hollow ceramic cow decorated with dark brown on yellow ground. Brown lines are on body; circles on shoulders; lines for eyebrows and in between toes. Pink paint decorates inside of open mouth and inside of ears. Cow's head is turned to its left; its tail hanging straight down. A slit in the middle of the back for use as a coin bank.

Globular, flat-bottomed pot with long spout that comes up from shoulder and then turns to almost horizontal; horizontal section is open at the top. The neck is quite short and is flared; a vertical handle protrudes from side opposite the spout. The surface is undecorated.

Container with two flat circular faces and rounded walls between them; neck is narrow and flared; a stopper (part b) fits into neck and has a central knob. Bottle is decorated with floral designs, the two faces are similar and the two sides are similar; petal decoration around neck; geometric pattern below lip. Round dish with curved sides and foliated rim. Interior bottom is perforated all over with round holes; central floral design; band of alternating segmented floral designs on walls with band of blue dots at rim. Exterior is decorated with a floral motif; three similar large designs with small butterfly designs in between them. Underside has three knob feet.
