Moche iconography: one side shows a deity flying over stepped pyramid; other has a deity sitting atop similar pyramid. Both hold divining sticks and background is filled with beans. Portrait head jar with flat base and large vertical tubular spout. Terracotta with cream and brown-red slip, traces of fugitive black spiral markings below eyes. Molded manufacture; burnished surface. Complete ceramic.

Shallow cup with rounded sides. Foot is a molded face with protruding chin and horns that the dish sits on. On side below the chin are twelve incised Japanese characters. Interior of cup is decorated around centre with a painted face; otherwise, the cup in unglazed and is very polished. Cloth (b) and box (c-d).
