Moche divination rite in polychrome on typical Wari bottle form. Frogs on bridge handle. Polished surface. Molded and modeled manufacture. Restored.
Portrait head jar with flat base and large vertical tubular spout. Terracotta with cream and brown-red slip, traces of fugitive black spiral markings below eyes. Molded manufacture; burnished surface. Complete ceramic.
Shallow cup with rounded sides. Foot is a molded face with protruding chin and horns that the dish sits on. On side below the chin are twelve incised Japanese characters. Interior of cup is decorated around centre with a painted face; otherwise, the cup in unglazed and is very polished. Cloth (b) and box (c-d).
