Steel and copper arrow heads. Remarks: Number of specimens in upper left corner was recorded by Frank Barnett who checked the material in 1939 while working at the museum as a volunteer.* There appears to actually be only 9 pieces in the collection, all of which are now in drawer 19A6. 8/8/90 JPB. Previous count of points on computer was "11." There are nine points, of copper and iron, of various sizes and shapes. All are now housed in archaeology. Copper ornament, pendant.* Fide donor GTE: Ornament of copper. Numerous small ornaments of stone, some rudely carved, others simply shaped, with a hole through one end, of elk, bear and other teeth, of bits of copper, are found more particularly in graves. These were probably used as pendants or attached to articles of dress. *Information is from the original accession ledger.
