Copper that has been split and rejoined. Base has edges that flare slightly towards the bottom edge, as well as a raised ridge that runs vertically down the centre. The upper section has edges that flare towards the top curved edge. Both sections are riveted together with four strips of copper that serve as supports on the reverse. The copper has incised designs.

Copper with edges that flare slightly toward the base as well as the top. Has a T-shaped raised design element near the centre, that divides the bottom section in half and separates the top section from the bottom. The top section is slightly convex. The copper is blackened overall with incised diagonal lines on the bottom section and an incised bear face and two paws surrounded by a border on the top section.

Small blackened copper with rectangular bottom section and flaring upper section. The upper section is slightly convex with a face design in brown, and the bottom section has four sets of two diagonal brown lines. The bottom edge is folded over, and there is a convex band running vertically up the centre joined to a convex band that runs horizontally across where the bottom section joins the top section. Part of a larger design is visible on the reverse and indicates that this small copper may have been made from a larger one.

Copper with a bottom section that has a slight point at the centre of the bottom edge and the width tapers slightly towards the bottom. The top section flares outwards, the top edge is curved, and this section is slightly convex. Abstract design overall on face. The copper is composed of two pieces joined to a horizontal piece of copper with metal rivets.

Long, thin, wood container (part a) with incised line patterns on the body of diagonal lines creating triangular shapes. A horizontal grooved line goes around near the bottom end. There is a small handle on one side near the top. Neck is covered in a woven copper wire collar. Has a rolled fabric stopper (part b).

Fish MaskA6222

Mask in the shape of a fish's head with incised curved gill-like lines on the cheeks, a pointed face, a movable jaw, and two copper thunderbird-like ears with curled tips on top of the head. A cedar bark fringe with a twisted cedar bark border and off-white feathers are attached at the top of the mask and extend down the back. The mask is painted a metallic grey with black eyebrows, white gill-like incisions, red nostrils and lips outlined in white, silver around the eyes with two dotted lines at the bottom of the eye sockets, and black and red designs on the ears.

Arrow with a double-barbed copper point that has two other barbs that point outwards perpendicular to the shaft of the arrow tip at the base of the arrow head shaft. The shaft is wrapped with cedar (?) at the arrow end. Plain cedar shaft with remains of feathers bound to shaft at butt end with off-white thread. Further down the shaft there is also a band of thin dark brown fibre wound around feather remains.

Ivory initials attached to a carved stick by a fibre cord and copper wire. Both items are carved. Stick is hollow in the centre and is carved in a spiral. One end of the stick is made into a fist. Inscription on the stick reads: "1901 St. Helena." Inscription on the ivory seal reads: "O.V.S."

Five (parts a-e) ornamental pieces that are made of light yellow cut circular glass (?) pieces attached with metal. Each piece has a short thin flat rod with a point at the bottom end and a diamond shape with sixteen light yellow cut circular glass (?) pieces. Chinese opera hair ornaments most likely from the 1920's.
