A small abstract multicoloured textile. The sections are separated by white lines in a diamond shape and the diamond shapes are separated by vertical white lines. The background section colours are red, pink, light green, dark green, light brown and black. The shapes within the sections are random and multicoloured half circles, steps and squares. Two of the edges appear to have been cut.

The woven textile is striped with shades of brown and blue. The thin stripes alternate between dark brown, light blue, light brown and light blue again. All the lines are outlined in dark blue. None of the edges are finished.

The textile is a deep red with a centre panel of woven figures. The centre panel has three complete squares and three partial squares. Each square has a background colour of deep red, light brown, dark brown or blue. The figure within the square has a triangular head with an appendage to each side, large eyes, extended arms and square feet. The figures are woven in blue, red, white, light and dark brown.

Head Cloth1067/16 a-b

Black cotton cloth with separately woven embroidered bands. Woven red border on two sides. The border has a geometric motif of a two circles and a 'V' outlined inside of a triangle, separated by lines covered in small triangles. The motif is done in black, green and yellow. Part b is a portion of the red border that has become separated from the textile.

Cradle BoardA17206

Cradle board with a doll laced-up inside the bundle. The doll is covered in a beige and white striped blanket so that only the head is visible. The beige blanket is partially wrapped by a black cover with red trim and white stitching. There is white fibre lashing the black and red cover together, securing the doll within. The black and red cover is attached to a wooden board, upon which the doll rests. There is a small pillow under the doll's head. Attached to the sides of the board and extending upwards in an arch is a multicoloured bead covered wooden frame with beaded hide fringes.

Cotton backed with red wool and beaded on. The upper portion has a design that consists of an alternating yellow and green five-branched tree-like form with white, pink, and blue going upward along the middle. The lower portion has a similar green-tipped white seven-branched tree-like form with alternating yellow, green, and pink v-lines going upward along the middle. Curving upward from either bottom side, there is a blue line with a yellow flower at the upper corner end. The upper portion has a pale yellow, dark blue, and white border while the lower portion has a green and white border.

Thunderbird Cape863/2

Cape made of painted cloth and wooden slats in the shape of wings. The upper part of the cape is white cloth with red and black designs with some green detailing. There are four metal rings, two on each side, attached in the middle of the upper edge for fastening the cape. To either side of the rings, the edge is lined with white fur and large black and white feathers are attached. Midway down the white cloth wooden slats are attached and continue down past the end of the cloth. In the centre is a raised wooden oval painted red and black with three red downward barbs. From this centre piece, there are four painted wooden slats extending outwards on each side. The innermost slat is the shortest while the second is close in length to the third and fourth. The slats are painted in black, red and green designs. The underside of the cloth and wooden slats are not decorated.

Bag915/14

Small, flat embroidered bag made of two identically patterned, rectangular sections which are seamed together on three sides, leaving the fourth side open. The bottom two corners of the bag are angled at 45 degrees. The multi-coloured embroidered designs are composed of densely-worked, geometric, stylized floral motifs which are enclosed with squares, arranged in a grid, separated by geometric border motifs. The top edge is finished with tablet-woven pink and red edging. The bottom edge is trimmed with seven tassels (red, green, blue and dark yellow). A border of diamond shaped motifs is at the top and left edge of each side. A short length of decorative braided fibre is attached to one upper corner of the bag, along with one red tassel. Backed with plain pinkish cotton textile.

Bag made from deer hide decorated with a floral design at the top front cut out of the deer hide revealing orange cotton that had been inset underneath. The front flap is embroidered with a floral pattern in pink, purple, yellow, and green. Two pockets on the inside. The bag is rounded along the bottom edge.
