One band has a main design consisting of a white, black, yellow, and red vertical zig zag pattern. The other band has a main design consisting of a black and red Y-like-shaped pattern on a yellow background. Hemmed along the top and bottom with raw side edges.

Dark blue pill box style hat with red, white and yellow embroidering. Sides have two horizontal bands of red diamonds framing an abstract design with white diamonds and circular 'pig tail' shapes. Top of hat is edged with the same abstract design, framing a ringed red flower pattern. Interior of hat has a white lining.

Edging of top is similar, forming a sunburst shape centred by a circular pattern quadrisected with cross-hatching and stylized S-shape designs. Interior of hat has a white and blue checked lining.

The border has rows of a white leaf motif within yellow and black diamond shapes, on a black and white spotted ground. A makers mark appears at two corners.
