A long cotton textile with rows of a bird-headed figure looking over its pointed triangle tail. The figures alternate two yellow and one red on a yellow background. A pair of double red lines form a border at the ends. In between the red lines is another, smaller bird-like figure with a hooked bill. This figure also alternates two yellow and one red. There are two finished edges, one only partially intact.

The woven textile is striped with shades of brown and blue. Thin blue stripes separate thicker, pin-striped bands of light and dark brown. Towards one edge, the brown bands become much thinner without the pin-striping. Two edges are finished. One corner is gathered and tied.

Part a is a large piece of white-brown cloth that has internal stuffing, is stitched to matted hair, and is connected to a yellow coloured strap at one end. Part b is a smaller piece of white-blue coloured cloth that has internal stuffing, is stitched to matted hair, and has a patterned strap attached to one end.

The front has a decorative panel on each leg consisting of a maroon strip bordered by pink and green bands of cotton and a band of gold decorative ribbon. Woven, brown wool tie made with a central repeating design of a brown horse ? on a cream ground. The ends are bound with ties followed by four twisted stands. Three of four the strands separate into two further pieces. Each strand is bound with a cylindrical piece of wool in blue, cream, navy, red and green.
