The detailing consists of a horizontal pattern of two large bands of eleven red stripes on a very dark indigo ground. The edges have a thick red border. Around the neck and on the edge of the cuffs are brightly coloured embroidered figures and geometric designs in orange, green, yellow, blue, purple and red. The bottom of the shirt is extremely long with the front side being shorter then the reverse.

On the upper front and back are three white panels with a peacock motif in dark red, orange, pink and green. On the lower front and back are three white panels with a floral motif in red, orange, pink and green. Below both panel sections are alternating bands of pink and blue. The inside is unlined.

Black velvet blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a rectangular shape with a round neck and no sleeves. On the front and back are large floral and leaf motifs in orange, red, yellow, pink, purple and green on black ground. The inner lining is black cotton with a white dot pattern.
