Textile consisting of a woven red strip with evenly spaced rows of nine eyelets. The ends are solid and unfinished.

Embroidered, multi-coloured, flat, square envelope style bag or purse made by folding and stitching a square piece so that three of its corners meet in the centre, leaving the fourth corner free to form a flap. The seams are roughly sewn with yellow thread. The geometric embroidered designs are worked in white, black, blue and yellow silk floss on red, loosely-woven cotton textile. In addition to stitchery, the piece is embellished with mirrors.

Densely embroidered square textile, stitched overall with meandering patterns worked in orange thread in chain stitch on a background of purple silk or cotton textile. The design field is divided into four equally sized squares, separated from one another with rows of narrow gold metallic braid. The textile is embellished with five large (4 cm) ornamental discs, made from several layers of black cotton textile, topped with a layer of red cotton textile and embellished with white cowrie shells, blue glass beads and white shell buttons; one of these discs is located at the centre of each of the four sides of the textile, and there is one in the centre. The textile is edged with blue and white glass beading on all four sides. The embroidery is backed with a layer of dark red cotton textile.

Rectangular wallet-style purse, heavily embroidered with couched metal-wrapped thread and appliquéd mirrors. The embroidery designs are linear, with rows of mirrors and shiny strips arranged in rows. The metallic thread is silver which is couched with orange thread, making the metallic thread appear to be gold. Decorative embroidery stitches are worked in purple thread. The top and side edges of the wallet are trimmed with multicoloured glass beads. There are two small pockets and one large pocket on the reverse side.

Pouch with a body that angles upwards on the sides from a flat base and is flat on top with a pocket and flap at the front centre. A band is sewn to one side and has a two snap closure on the other side. The body is embroidered with geometric patterns in grey, purple and black, and the band is embroidered with repeated patterns in pink, red, orange, green, blue, purple, brown and black. Both the body and the strap have red edging.

Flat, women's, ballet-like shoe with a woven sole, heel, and a crocheted upper. Upper is made from an ecru-coloured string. Tie closure at ankle.

Orange-red cloth wit black embroidery of three rows. Top row has diamond design with different flower patterns inside, with flowers between. Next row is keyhole and flower motif. Bottom row of tassels of hanging fruit. Hemmed with black embroidered geometric pattern.

Cotton fibre dyed in yellow and green on white with a mottled weave-like pattern in all three colours at the centre and a band of geometric pattern in yellow on green at each end. The ends are finished with a machine-stitched edge and a fringe of dyed yellow and green segments of string tied at intervals along the edge.

The closed edges are trimmed with blue and white beading, and the open edge is bound with purple silk. Embroidered designs are worked in orange thread on a red ground, with small touches of purple, green, and bright pink. Embroidered designs are geometric, consisting of whorls and x-shaped figures, organized into border designs, squares and rectangles. Rows of metallic and red sequins are used to accent the shapes within the design field. The embroidery is backed with rust coloured silk or cotton textile. The two sides of the flat bag are identical in colour and style of embroidery, but differ slightly in the choice of motifs.

Small, square, embroidered bag, composed of two embroidered squares that have been stitched together on three edges, with one edge left open. A large ‘hooked sun disc’ design is embroidered in predominantly orange floss on deep purple background, and is placed off-centre, bordered with bands of meandering embroidery patterns and couched metallic braid. The two sides of the bag are virtually identical, except for minor design details. The three closed edges of the bag are embellished with multicoloured glass beading; the open edge is embellished with yellow and white beading. The embroidery is backed with red cotton textile.
