Decapitated head opera prop. Representation of a human head. Eyebrows are painted black, eyes are black and white, lips are red, and edge of throat is rimmed with red. A looped rod extends from the top of the head. It is wrapped with grey fibre. Black fibre is wrapped overtop of the grey fibre and hangs down at the sides. There is a hole on top of the head where the rod is attached.

White straw hat with a wide, dark red hatband knotted in a three-pointed bow. Hat has a tall, flat crown. Brim is upturned in the back. Patterned red and white sweatband.

Earrings with synthetic pearls and metal wire. Each earring has three strands and a loop clasp.

Orange sash with mulit-coloured geometric patterned stripes, alternating between few rows of diamond motifs, and cross shapes. Colours are blue, red, pink, black, green, yellow and orange. Knotted fringe at one end, raw edge at other. Four narrow, differently patterned and coloured stripes at one end.

Long, rectangular cotton skirt made of two panels sewn together in the middle. The textile is cream with a black band along the outer edge and a black stripe design in the middle.

Black cotton pants with pleated waist and ankles. The pants widen at the hips then taper in at the bottom. There is a buttoned pocket at the back; metal straps on the sides; rows of white decorative buttons along the sides of the legs. On the hip is a label with orange writing that reads: Casas, Cavalho, Tradicao’.

Black woven material sewn into a skirt-like tube. Bright, multicoloured bands of woven design sewn into black material; one thin horizontal band, one thick vertical band; geometric designs around the point where the two bands meet.

Rectangular, natural coloured flag with designs. There is a figure in blue and red dress walking over a brown bridge. There are mountains, sun and tree in the distance. In the lower left there are two circles with symbols in red and white. There are two selvage edges and two raw edges. The back is unlined.

Pair of outer boots (parts a-b) with one pair of outer liners (c-d) and a pair of inner liners (e-f). The boots are made with fur soles and skin uppers, decorated with three bands of rickrack in red, green and dark blue. The seal skin legs have mottled grey seal fur at the base, a band of off-white seal fur, a band of dark grey seal fur, and another band of off-white seal fur at the top. The edge is trimmed with dark blue fabric through which is threaded a red, yellow, green and dark blue wool drawstring. The outer liners are made of off-white felted wool with sole and foot sections joined in green herringbone stitching and the top edged in a decorative blanket stitch. The inner liners are taller than the outer liners and are made from off-white felted wool with the top band embroidered with four floral motifs and edged with red and green zigzag design in wool yarn.

A rectangular off-white cloth, with small open-work double border. Four triangular designs in each corner; each has fifty-five squares of flower designs.
