The front is left open and a wide black band is sewn around the neck and partway down the front. The edges are edged with thin black trim. The inside is unlined.

The brown cloth band is attached together by fibre stitching and decorated with metal coins and balls. There are seven silver coloured coins with holes near one edge attached to the band with fibre stitching. On one side of the coin there is a coat of arms in the centre with characters around the edge. The other side shows a man's head in profile with characters around the edge. Before the last coin on both ends there is a single metal ball attached.

Surrounding the star various geometric shapes. The designs are outlined in black, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple on a red ground. The panel has black backing fabric and the bottom surface edge is lined with an orange floral fabric. Three edges are raw.

Reverse appliqué cotton blouse panel or mola that is precise and finely stitched. The panel is made of two smaller panels stitched together at the centre. The design consists of central repeating cross design outlined in yellow with a triangle pattern along the sides, a rectangular zigzag pattern along the ends and abstract shapes in the middle. The shapes are outlined in black with yellow, blue, pink and green detailing all on a red ground. The panel has a black fabric backing with a red boarder that has a rectangular section of orange, blue, green, yellow and grey stripes. Two edges are raw.
