Cream cotton woman’s blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a standing collar, keyhole neckline and long cuffed sleeves with vertical panels of puckered fabric. The collar, centre front opening and narrow cuffs are embroidered with counted cross stitch designs, multicoloured knotted edge stitching and brown scalloped edging. There are white plastic button and loop closures at the centre front opening and cuffs. There is a small, multicoloured embroidered medallion in counted cross stitch on the back of each sleeve, just above the elbow. Entirely hand-sewn. The inside is unlined.
Flat oval shape. Face has cut almond shape eye, long straight nose. Cut horizontal slot mouth. Attached hat of fibre made into a mesh, with matted plant fibre (lichen ?) on top. Same material fringed around face mask. One row of black feathers, and one row of red and brown feathers above a row of larger shells, then a band of several rows of smaller shells. White fuzzy fibre on fibre band on forehead. White fibre may have encircled face.
Long cream cotton men’s shirt. The shirt has a round neckline, long sleeves and full lower half. The centre front partial opening is trimmed with narrow bands of red, black and green embroidery and white scalloped edging; fastened with a brown plastic button and loop. The end of the sleeves are finished with blue knotted edge stitching and orange beads. Small, multi-coloured embroidered medallion worked in counted cross stitch on the back of each sleeve, just above the elbow. Sleeves are close fitting at the armhole. Entirely hand-sewn. The inside is unlined.
Man’s hat. Very large, elaborately decorated hat, constructed in three tiers: 1) a 13 cm wide band of brown reindeer fur fits around the head lined with printed cotton broadcloth. This band is loosely covered by a band of red wool fabric appliqued with multi-coloured embroidered ribbon, braid, and rickrack. There is a narrow band of off-white fur at the bottom edge and twelve red, green, and yellow streamers (58 cm long) attached at the centre back; 2) above the fur, there is another band of multi-coloured ribbons, rickrack, and braid, 11 cm. wide; 3) this is surmounted by a 33 cm. band of dark blue wool fabric trimmed with multi-coloured ribbons and braid. The top is shaped into four points, (the "four-winds" hat).
Bolster cover with square green ends connected by red fabric roll. The fabric roll has an opening in the top for bolster insertion. The square ends are covered with green damask silk containing a floral motif and an embroidered red square. The red square has floral, Buddha's hand citron, peach, pomegrante, insect, and butterfly motifs and sequins.

Green hanging with appliqué and embroidery. The hanging has red appliqué borders that form eight rectangles on the front. Within the top rectangle are three red appliqué circles; in the centre is writing in Chinese characters; in the bottom rectangles are floral, frog and crab motifs. The back is lined with white cotton.

Head cloth composed of four long strips of leaf-patterned damask fabric sewn together to form a rectangle. The fabric is dyed with bands of lighter and darker purple bands and long thin lines of light purple run perpendicular to these. These bands alternate with thinner bands of dark purple, and the ends are unfinished.
