Smoothly finished, rectangular bone balance with two sets of seven punctuated and recessed circles on both of the wide, flat sides. Traces of red pigment remain on one of the end circles. Each of the short, skinny ends has a hole drilled with fragments of fibre twine in them. One hole is drilled through the width of the bar in the very centre. The two other holes are symmetrically placed at the ends and run obliquely from one narrow edge to the adjacent narrow edge.

Two strands of disc-shaped shell beads that range in hue from orange to white. There are 1051 beads threaded on a handspun, white cotton yarn. The ends of the yarn are tied together forming a closed ring with one strand smaller than the other.

Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Light red face, red upturned eyes with black pupils; red lips with white protruding upper teeth. Black moustache, ring beard, eyebrows and shark tooth decoration on forehead. Short blunt nose, large ears shaped like inverted comma. Green and gold band around head ending in a tassel of red. Carved red fez shaped headdress. Gold tassel from top of fez with end of green, red and gold hanging down over straight neck length black hair. Pronounced adam's apple. Arms articulate at shoulder and elbow. Light red hands, fingers symmetrical and outstretched. Black tailored cloth jacket, front closure, no collar, pocket on right chest. Sarong with small pink flowers and grey-blue foliage on beige background.

Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part b) fits into body with skirt (part a), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft that passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. Face pale pink, mouth closed, thin red lips, small black moustache, almond shaped narrow eyes, thin and sharply pointed nose. Wearing turban with peak in front, in pale green, red, blue, and beige trim. Two slots on either side of turban at back. Wears cotton red skirt, long red sleeves, black cotton red skirt, black cotton tunic extending into apron. Decorated with coloured sequins, gold braid and fringe. Upper arms braided. Lower arms wood with hands at right angles to arms. Left arm has carved green bracelet. Hole in palm but no controlling stick attached. Right hand has hole in palm with string attaching stick. Head can be moved through 360 degrees.

Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: large head (part c) fits into body clothed in a shirt and skirt (part a), and a control rod (part d) with a long shaft passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached, and one arm (part b) has become detached. Pink face has large eyes with red irises, protruding upper teeth and painted black moustache under the short, broad nose. Javanese-style headdress consists of black cap surrounded by a turban-like scarf with black serpentine design on light pink background. Scarf comes to a knot at the back of the head. Hair comes down in sideburns and fringe from under scarf. The figure is wearing a dark grey-blue cotton shirt with a high collar and long sleeves. The upper arms are braided cloth. The arms are jointed, bracelets at wrists, hands flat with extended thumbs. The batik skirt has wide yellow stripes with brown wavy lines and blue diamonds on an off-white background.
