Small green damask skirt with cotton waistband, centre slit and embroidery. The damask is woven containing Buddhist symbols of good fortune. On the front are peony and bat motifs in pink, red, yellow, blue and white on green ground. The border along the hem has fan, peony, sword and endless knot motifs among others, in light and dark blue on white ground. The inside lining is red silk.

Gold skirt with pleats and embroidery. Across the top is a wide cotton waistband. On the edges of the skirt are black borders with peony, endless knot and other motifs in white, dark and light blue. On the front and back are panels of moth, peony and leaf motifs in pink, red, blue, green, white and brown. The inside is lined with green fabric.

Light orange damask skirt panel (part a) with tiny pleats and embroidery. Across the top is a wide cotton waistband with three frog fasteners. A purple tie is attached to a loop on the waistband. The orange damask is woven containing large peony motifs. On the edges of the skirt are scalloped borders with a floral motif in red, yellow and green on a ground with dark blue trim. On the front and back are xiezhi?, phoenix, peony and mountain motifs in pink, red, gold, green and blue. The inside is unlined.

Blue robe with standing collar, slender sleeves, hoof cuffs and a side opening with brass frog closures. The collar has a geometric pattern on a gold ground. The front, back and sleeves have four-toed dragons, pearl, fire, crane and bat motifs, as well as Buddhist symbols of good fortune and Taoist symbols of the Eight Immortals; on blue ground. The borders around the neck, cuffs and side opening have dragon and bat motifs on a black ground. The sleeves have triple lined stripes in gold, pinks, greens and blues on black ground. There are slits in the centre front and back. The inside lining is blue silk.

The damask is woven with ‘Buddha’s hand’ citron, peach and floral spray motifs. The wide borders around the collar, side opening and hem have a white prunus motif around the sides on blue ground edged by wide, pale green trim with a butterfly motif. The ends of the sleeves have embroidered peony, bird and bat motifs on pale green ground. The inside lining is blue silk.
