Red collar with beadwork. The collar is U-shaped with string ties at the top ends. On the front there is black embroidery with white and silver beadwork in floral motifs. Along the lower edge are yellow and black bands, meeting at a red circle in the lower centre. The back is unlined.

Dark blue hat with side flaps and rear extended piece. The fabric is sewn over a wooden frame wrapped with white fabric. The top of the hat has pom poms of green blue and white thread. The end of the extended piece has a green pom pom. The side flaps and back have beadwork in floral motifs. The circular underside opening is covered with green thread. The inside is unlined.

Black and red headdress with a prominent brim. The headdress is red with a black patch and beige stitching on the crown. There is a black piece with scalloped edges attached to the back of the headdress. There are three red characters in the centre of the attached piece and a red rooster in both corners. Along the bottom of the headdress is a thick beige border.

Off-white-coloured book made from thick pages bound by a heavier, textured sheet of paper. Printed in black ink, the book is filled with essays (in Japanese) and photos regarding handmade paper. Dust jacket-like cover is made of green-brown textured cardstock embossed with a large golden character on the front. #664/2 is the English version of the book.
