Long narrow panel with a woven design. There are two rows of yellow diamonds with orange and purple outlines. The two rows create a centre, recessed row of pale yellow diamonds. The panel is edged with white beads and backed with light leather.

Rectangular red textile with woven bands and fringe. The centre band has large concentric diamond motifs in red, green and yellow on cream ground with a border of smaller diamond motifs. Flanking the centre band are thinner bands of red-white and blue-white, with diamond motifs filled with a swirl design. At the ends the unwoven strands are twisted into fringe. The back is unlined.

Rectangular coiled cedar root tray with parallel wood slat base and walls. Entwined loopwork rim that attaches to overcast handles at each of the ends. Occassional red and black cherry bark imbricated elements on both exterior and interior surfaces.

Dark blue jacket. The jacket has long tapered sleeves, side slits and centre front opening with a single brass frog closure. Around the neck and partway down the centre opening is dark blue band, edged with white stitched trim. The sleeves have an added piece, extending them. The neck and centre opening are lined with tan fabric. The rest of the inside is unlined.

Dark purple robe with a rounded neck, wide sleeves and centre opening with brass frog closures. There are slits in the sides and back. On the front, back and sleeves are dragon, cloud, sun and peony motifs in pink, red, green and turquoise. The border along the sleeves and bottom hem has chrysanthemum and prunus motifs in silver and red on a dark purple ground. There are mirrors and green glass eyes on the front, back and sleeves. The inside lining is yellow linen.

Dance Apron1057/2

Light brown apron with dark blue border on the bottom, dark green on the other three sides. Two green stripes go across the lower half; each has nine bells attached. Four bells and seven thimbles are attached to the bottom of the apron. Top half of apron is embroidered with an eagle in pink, red and green on wings, yellow on beak and feet, holding a green in its mouth and one foot. Ink design in wings indicates embroidery is unfinished. One tie extends on each side of apron.

Textile1046/4

Rectangular, multi-coloured silk ikat bed cover or wall hanging, backed with machine printed, floral cotton textile. On the ikat side are 25 narrow vertical stripes of seven-colour warp-face ikat designs, separated by narrower, unpatterned green, yellow, or red-purple stripes. The weft is bright pink, giving the piece an over-all rosy appearance. The machine printed cotton backing textile is predominantly red, with brown, tan and white details, and the piece is bound on all four edges with bias cut green silk textile. Several lengths of ikat textile were pieced together to achieve the desired width.
