Fabric has been folded in four and covered with elaborate patterns of knot-like resist ties that penetrate all four layers of folded cotton, giving the material a puckered appearance. The outer border of the fabric has been dyed red, while the rectangular centre is a deep blue. In fourteen spots on the blue ground, larger amounts of material have been tied into clear plastic, resisting the blue dye and showing a red colour.

Rectangular wool bag with a long thin braided twine strap in beige, orange and navy. The bag has a central blue, yellow, red, pink and green geometric design of chevrons, rectangles and horizontal stripes in between green, orange and blue solid stripes. Bordering each side is a red stripe. There is a slit opening and loose fabric on the bottom. Both sides are identical. Hanging from the bottom are three twisted threaded strands with eighteen small tassels.
