Cylindrical coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with foot. Watch-spring base construction. Fully imbricated tri-colour checkered design in red and dark cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?), that also create diagonal effect of each colour. Foot has solid vertical bands that extend from the colour at base of basket.

Rectangular coiled basket with parallel base construction and large foot. Imbricated design of diamonds in checkerboard, two on long side in dark cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?), and one on short side in red cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?). Foot is beaded in cat-tail grass (?), which may indicate this basket was made by a basket maker from Spuzzum, B.C.

Part (a) coiled cedar root basket (with bifurcated stitches) with watch-spring base and lid construction. Imbrication in three rows of alternating dark cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?) and red cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?) diamond shapes. One forw of red cherry bark beading near base of basket. Part (b) Lid has slat flange. Imbricated design is two rows of dark and red cherry bark and cat-tail brass (?) triangles, with smaller design at top. rim is fully imbricated alternating in bands of red cherry bark and cat-tail grass (?).

Circular-shaped coiled fan with a looped handle. Red and brown abstract pattern on a natural colour background. Design consists of a central circle surrounded by four concentric rings of seven, twelve, sixteen, and eighteen shapes, respectively from the inner to the outer ring.

Basket of simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches) with watch-spring base construction and an overcast handle. Flange on the attached lid (part b). Basket is decorated with partial imbrication in discrete diagonal stripes that have zigzag shapes alternating in red chery bark and cat-tail grass, and black cherry bark and cat-tail grass. Lid has four cat-tail grass and red cherry bark stripes radiating from the centre. Two rawhide ties and one rawhide hinge.
