Embroidered scene on white silk screen. The scene depicts Mount Fuji with trees and hills in the foreground. The colours are predominantly white, grey, black and green on white ground. The edges are folded to the unlined back.

Orange and black haori (羽織) or jacket/overcoat. The upper portion has white karajishi (唐獅子, literally ‘Chinese lions’), mythological animals based on lions and keman-mon (毛卍文, lion’s curly hair patterns) motifs as the symbol of the sun on black ground. The lower portion has black peony motifs on a resist-dyed orange and white ground. There is a wide band around the neck and down the centre opening. There are black ties on the inside of the centre opening. The short, wide sleeves have an opening under the arms. The upper inside is lined with orange silk.

Sash with a pattern featuring a crane, rocks, pines, and prunus trees in gold, grey, reddish-brown and white on a black ground. One end is finished with bands of gold, light grey and black.

Carved ivory netsuke; pierced disk with lion in square panel on one side. The other side has a floral design and a purple silk cord loop in the centre.

Cloth folded to look like a small blue jacket. Around the neck and centre opening is a black band with white symbols. On the upper front are knotted orange and white thread. On the upper back is a circular white crest. Below the crest are two white origami cranes. Around the lower front and back is a border of thin white symbols. The inside has white cotton lining with large blue symbols.

An image painted on one side depicts an old man dressed in a green robe--perhaps Juro (symbol of longevity)--seated on the ground while a young boy on a ladder shines his elongated head. Edges are trimmed with silver. Backside is plain.
