Mask of a woman's face with a swiveling bird on top. The red-brown face has circular cut out hole eyes outlined by black and surrounded by a white tapering oval with black brows above and a vertical ridge in between up to the black hairline. The nostrils are cut out as is the open white mouth. The cheeks are painted with a pair of black u forms. The bird on top has black tapering oval eyes surrounded by a plain carved tapering oval with a black head, a red-brown beak and body, and brown fur for the wings. The bird is perched on white feathers. Skin strips are tied around the back at the top and at either side with mulit-coloured patterned cloth and a wood stick.

Plain, straight, cylindrical, brown wood handle with woven bands and a star-shaped black stone head. Star type. The head is a seven-pointed star. Above the head, there is a long woven band at the end of which, there are feathers. Below the head, there is a woven ring band, a shorter woven band, and a darker woven ring band.

Dark brown wooden spear with a pointed, horn-like spear tip and a flaring, carved, triangular section near the point. End of the spear features a woven covering from which several feathered tassels dangle.

Mask based on the top of a turtle shell for the face. Face is painted white with red circular lines around the eyes that are surrounded by two black circular lines. Face is outlined by a black line which also goes down along the nose, creating a heart-like form. Eyes are each made out of a cowrie shell. Nostrils are black and red. Small red mouth. Twenty-one other shells are around the top portion of the face. Red clay molded ears. Mask is surrounded by a nine layer coil of brown plant bark, or root? Long, thin brown-black feathers are at the top of the head. Hanging plant fibre cord at the top centre.

Red woolen trade blanket covered with groupings of feathers attached to fur-trimmed discs of dyed porcupine quills; hair tassels anchored to pieces of purple felt-like material are also attached. Blanket is an elongated rectangular piece with two dangling feather tassels at the bottom and extended strips at the top, creating a circular head-like opening.

Headdress that tapers to a spiked segment with a tuft of off-white and brown feathers at the top and has four faces around the base with two protruding, tapering and curved arms opposite each other just below the spiked segment. Tufts of plant fibre attached through holes along the bottom edge. Painted with white, black, orange-brown, and yellow details and geometric designs.

Fish MaskA6222

Mask in the shape of a fish's head with incised curved gill-like lines on the cheeks, a pointed face, a movable jaw, and two copper thunderbird-like ears with curled tips on top of the head. A cedar bark fringe with a twisted cedar bark border and off-white feathers are attached at the top of the mask and extend down the back. The mask is painted a metallic grey with black eyebrows, white gill-like incisions, red nostrils and lips outlined in white, silver around the eyes with two dotted lines at the bottom of the eye sockets, and black and red designs on the ears.

Arrow with a double-barbed copper point that has two other barbs that point outwards perpendicular to the shaft of the arrow tip at the base of the arrow head shaft. The shaft is wrapped with cedar (?) at the arrow end. Plain cedar shaft with remains of feathers bound to shaft at butt end with off-white thread. Further down the shaft there is also a band of thin dark brown fibre wound around feather remains.

Mask (a) made from two separate pieces of wood and joined at centre at an angle with a triangular support at the top. The face is painted with heavy black eyebrows that have arched blue design elements above them, light blue around the eyes, red on the nostrils and lips, a black moustache, a red scalloped line design and a black line curving from the nostrils to the chin, and a blue scalloped design under the mouth. The remainder of the face is painted white. A tuft of feathers affixed to a tapering wooden stick with blue string and off-white adhesive fabric tape (b) fits into a hole at the top of the mask. A pencilled in design is visible on the cheeks.

Hat with wide brim and domed, off-white wool (?) crown. The brim is covered in white, orangy-pink, red, brown, black, and dark pink feathers, there is a woven band with a floral and geometric design in yellow, green, blue, white and red at the base of the crown, a row of purple feathers that stick up above the band, and two long tufts of pink, yellow, brown, black, orange, and red feathers tied to sticks protrude upwards from the sides of the crown.
