Large bark cloth mask with a circular face, two protruding flat horns, a large protruding mouth and a cylindrical shaped neck. The forehead has a stylized painted design in brown and red on a natural ground. The eyes are large, detailed with brown and red circles while the nose and neck are decorated with red and black triangles. The back of the head detailed with black and red concentric circles. The mask is made in the form of a crocodile. The frame made of bent and tied wood. The side has I, RD; K-PUX written in black.

The tip is coiled with red plant fibre, below which, there are the following: five sets of four small barbs; two sets of four increasingly longer barbs; and seven sets of four small barbs. The point is decorated with a red and yellow grass sleeve with a horizontal zig zag pattern, a carved band that is emphasized with white and that consists of two figures (each of which has circular eyes in a double diamond shape outline and a double upward pointed nose), and a fibre tuft bordered by string at either end. Bright red and yellow plant fibre coiling are at either ends of the grass sleeve. The red-brown wood shaft is plain and tapers at the end.

Burden BasketD1.377

Large flared rectangular coiled basket (bifurcated stitches). Parallel splint foundation (changing to watch-spring) on base. Upper half of basket is fully imbricated in cat-tail grass, with elongated bow-tie and diamond shape, double diamond at center of long sides, outlined in dark cherry bark with red cherry bark between. Rim has double stitches in red cherry bark, alternating with dark cherry bark stitches, at intervals around rim. Lower half of basket design in ca-tail grass (?) mirrors upper design. Skin tie at one side that has broken off, string ties at other side.

Tapered, cylindrical, brown wood shaft that has four rows of teeth with opposing sides of equal length. Shark teeth are secured by twisted fibre string. The longer sides have forty-two teeth while the shorter sides have sixteen teeth. Bands of multiple black hair interwoven with woven palm leaf decorate both ends of the toothed portion. Three equally spaced bands of black hair are along within these interwoven bands at both ends.

Headdress consisting of a band of alternating red and black seeds; rectangular in shape with to triangular projections that each have five red and grey beaded fringe. At the bottom of each piece is a large, brown, crescent shaped bead. There is a thin copper bar that sits at the back.
