Simple coiled work (bifurcated stitches); parallel splint base construction; watch-spring lid construction; lid has a large hole woven in; flange on lid; partial imbrication; string hinges. Vertical striped design in red/bullrush, black/bullrush curved and shortened to fit design field; back is undecorated; lid has rows of black/bullrush/black with outer rim in red. Rawhide ties and loops.

Fully imbricated in cat-tail grass (?), with vertical bands of dark cherry bark triangles and diagonal stripes of cat-tail grass (?). Outer rim of lid continues the design. Top of rim has solid line of cat-tail grass (?), and parallel rows of cat-tail grass (?) beading.

Oval coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with attached lid. Parallel slat base and lid construction, rawhide ties and hinges, bound cotton handle. Fully imbricated in cat-tail grass (?), with design of geometric wave pattern, alternating in rows of red and dark cherry bark. Rim of lid is imbricated in two rows of cat-tail grass with intervals of cherry bark stitches, forming a pyramid. Parallel rows of beaded cat-tail grass (?) over surface of lid.

Imbricated with same vertical rows on three sides, in "cluster of flies" checkerboard pattern in cat-tail grass (?), red and dark cherry bark. Back side has narrower version in width of two stitches. Remains of dark cherry bark beading along rim. String loops through two corners on one long side. Rawhide front thong.

Coiled cedar root basket with flaring sides, parallel splint base construction, several rawhide thongs and partial imbrication. Vertical striped design; tri-colour checkerboard design creating alternating red and black oblique lines within the stripe. There are four stripes per side and three per end. A rope-like cord is strung from side to side, threaded through the thong ties along the upper rim of the basket; a red, white and black wool shoulder strap pad is woven onto the centre of the cord.
